1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeleVerse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SeleVerse is operated by Sele Tech Ltd, a subsidiary of Sele Media Africa, headquartered in Plateau State, Nigeria.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use SeleVerse.

2. Account Registration

To use SeleVerse, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be at least 13 years of age to create an account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SeleVerse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Post content that violates our Community Guidelines
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in spam, phishing, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on SeleVerse:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Misinformation or disinformation that could cause public harm
• Explicit sexual content or adult material
• Content that promotes or glorifies violence
• Content that violates any applicable law
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate reporting to authorities

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish on SeleVerse. By posting content, you grant SeleVerse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

SeleVerse's platform, design, code, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Sele Tech Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Monetization Terms

Creator monetization features are subject to the Creator Agreement, which forms part of these Terms of Service for eligible creators.

7. Termination

SeleVerse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting legal@seleverse.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

SeleVerse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sele Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Plateau State, Nigeria, except where prohibited by applicable law.
